Silk Tree Cottage comprises two traditional stone houses dating back to 1870. One of these historic buildings has been lovingly and respectfully restored, transformed into a charming guesthouse with four distinct rooms. The renovation was a delightful challenge, preserving the authentic character and stonework whilst integrating all modern comforts. The spaces masterfully blend traditional charm with contemporary functionality, creating the warm, inviting feel of a country home.

Tucked away just off the main road in the upper part of Mouresi village, the stone buildings enjoy absolute tranquillity. Surrounded by an acre of flourishing garden filled with pear, cherry, fig, and chestnut trees, plus vibrant flowers, it's a place where you can listen to birdsong and the gentle whisper of the Pelion breeze. The garden offers a restful vista and rejuvenates the spirit.

The guesthouse features four unique double rooms within the main building. Adjacent, in a separate studio, resides Jill, your English owner and host. Each room is thoughtfully decorated with distinct furnishings and objects, creating a unique atmosphere. All offer glimpses of the Aegean Sea through the foliage and come equipped with central heating (individual thermostat), LCD TV, mini-bar, mini Hi-Fi system, and a small selection of books.
